Isaac is the Founder and head Surf Coach at The Beach Boys

Surf School, located in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

 

Isaac was raised on the Pacific Ocean, surfing since he was a

young kid and born into a family of fishermen, where he spent

months at sea learning to fish with his grandfather. He still

remembers the first time he saw surfers from a nearby boat

when he was on a fishing trip, and it changed his life.
 

Isaac founded The Beach Boys Surf School to share his love

for the ocean, his knowledge of surfing, and his connection

to Costa Rica - and support the local community of surf

instructors, tour guides and local people who make Santa

Teresa so special. For Isaac, surfing isn’t just a sport;

it’s a way to connect with nature, culture, and life itself and is

passionate to share it with everyone.
 

Everyone who meets Isaac talks about his infectious

energy and his kind and supportive teaching style which makes

spending time with him - whether its surfing, touring around

or learning how to cook - an incredible experience.
